Background
The world of homebuying is changing rapidly. AI, digitalization, and evolving regulations, such as the mandatory bidding log that provides insight into bids, are making more and more information readily available, allowing homebuyers to conduct their search more informed. JAY supports you in this information jungle.
I originally come from the marketing world, which allowed me to bring a fresh perspective to Makelaar Joost Kok. Putting the client first in everything I did has led to me becoming one of the few 5.0-star agencies in Amsterdam, with a standard three-month waiting list and no marketing costs whatsoever.
The world is constantly evolving, and many new players are entering the market. JAY wants to be a part of and a driving force behind that dynamic. By serving as a personal coach, I hope to better meet the demands of the future.
